What is your cancellation policy?

We have a very simple refund and cancellation policy. Our customers can reschedule their appointments up to 1 hour beforehand using the “Change Appointment” button, which is included in the email confirmation.

Customers can reschedule an appointment up to 90 days in advance.

Customers can also cancel their appointment by providing more than 1 hour’s notice. To do this you must complete this cancellation form before we are able to issue a full refund or credit.

If you are canceling with less than one hour’s notice, you will be entitled to credit but not a refund. To claim the refund complete this cancellation form in full.

Any rescheduled appointment will no longer qualify for future refunds but credit lasting up to 90 days can be issued.
